The Answer

I think the woman in the bed was the same woman that was on the island in the 1950's and held the gun to Faraday's head to get him to unarm the nuke.  :)

    You could be right, but I think that the blond woman on the Island is too old to be the one in the bed.

    I agree, The woman in the bed is pretty young compared to the woman on the island. Remeber, everyone on the island is 50 years in the past...
